Thank you for choosing RiseUp as your eCommerce service provider. We are committed to delivering excellent service and a smooth experience. Please carefully read this Refund & Cancellation Policy to understand how we handle refunds and cancellations.


1. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions. Please read the following carefully.

a. Non-performance of Account Management

You are eligible for a refund only if our account manager does not perform any work at all in your account during the agreed service period.

This means:

  • No tasks, actions, or updates are done in your account.

  • No communication or effort is made by our manager on your behalf.

  • Not even a single action is taken in your account during the service duration.

If even one task is done or any form of work is initiated, a refund will not be provided.

b. Refund Validity Period – Within Plan Duration

Refunds are only valid within the plan duration.
Example: If your plan is for one month and absolutely no work is done during that month, you can request a refund.
If your plan has ended and you didn’t raise the request within the time, we cannot process a refund.


2. Scenarios Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be given in the following cases:

a. Ongoing Account Management

If our team is actively working on your account and providing the agreed services, a refund will not be granted.
As long as we are doing the job of account handling, refunds cannot be claimed.

b. No Orders Received

Please understand:
We do not charge you for orders or sales.
Our service fee is strictly for account management, which means managing your eCommerce store on your behalf.

We do not guarantee any orders or sales numbers.
Ecommerce growth takes time, especially when done organically.

So, not receiving a single order is not a valid reason for a refund.


3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the service only if the refund condition (no work done at all) is met.

If our team has started working on your account—even in a small way—cancellation and refund will not be possible.


4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

RiseUp reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to review this policy periodically.

  • We will never charge you for orders or sales.
    Our charges are only for account handling services.

  • If you do not get any orders, that is not a valid reason for a refund.

  • A refund is only possible when no work at all is done by our account manager during the service period.

  • Organic eCommerce takes time. Please have patience as your store builds traction.
