b. Plan Duration: – Refunds are applicable only within the specified plan duration. For instance, if your plan is for one month and no work is conducted during this period, you are eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

a. Ongoing Account Management: – If our team is actively working on your account and providing the agreed-upon services, refunds will not be processed.

b. Order Guarantee: – RiseUp does not guarantee a specific number of orders for your ecommerce business. Our charges are for account handling services and not for order guarantees.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of services is allowed only in cases where refunds are applicable as per the outlined criteria mentioned above. If our team is actively working on your account, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
